Welcome to Dakini Engineering. We specialize in foundation inspections, reports and manometer floor level surveys. We supply complete foundation repair designs, drafting and engineering services.
We are experts in landslide and foundation and drainage repairs. We feature Manta Ray® Earth Anchor Systems for Keystone and masonry walls.
In our fleet of equipment, we have tight access and specialty hillside equipment. We've had two to three crews continuously working in Mission Hills for the past three years repairing landslides, foundation repairs and foundation replacements.
We take pride in our highly trained employees. Many of our employees have been with us for over five years. We utilize our own staff and use minimal sub-contractors, in most cases for specialized project work. We uphold certain values in our company, including a strong work ethic, craftsmanship and professionalism.
Our sister company Dakini/Merz Construction, Inc. is a design & building company. We have one of the best architectural draftsman in San Diego on our staff, as well as an in-house interior designer.
